The Irish Gerontological Society is pleased to announce that the upcoming IGS Annual and Scientific Meeting 2021 which will take place virtually on November 18th.
The theme of this year’s conference is: 70 Years of Change 1951-2021
The conference which will be staged online this year will have a varied and interesting scientific programme for delegates including two keynote lectures; Professor Joe Verghese who is the Professor of Neurology and Medicine and Director of the Resnick Gerontology Centre at the Albert Einstein University and Professor Donna Fick who is the Elouise Ross Eberly Professor in Penn State University and Director of the Centre of Geriatric Nursing Excellence.

Registration
If you are a member of IGS your registration fee was included in your membership renewal and you will receive a registration link prior to the event. If you are not a member and wish to join/renew your membership please visit the IGS website and join in the Members section.
The membership fee is 125 euro. If you do not wish to become a member then you may join the meeting on the day for a fee of 145 euro. The student rate for those in an undergraduate or a graduate entry programme such as GEM may avail of a rate of 50 euro. Those undertaking further studies such as MSc, PhD etc are not eligible for the student rate.
