Moderated Poster Hour
This year a moderated Poster Hour will take place on Friday September 28th (time tbc). This will offer poster-authors the opportunity to present their work to the judging committee. Adjudication of all posters will take place during the Poster Hour session. There is no obligation on an author to present their poster but you are encouraged to do so, both in the spirit of the meeting and to do justice to your hard work.
Those wishing to present their work must be at their poster board at least 5 minutes before the start of the Poster Hour. Each presenter will have 2 minutes to present their poster and 1 minute for questions and answers. Strict time will be kept in order to ensure flow. Posters will be grouped by the category chosen by the author at the time of submission of the abstract.
Please address any queries regarding the Poster Hour to Elaine O Connor, Hon. Secretary. firstname.lastname@example.org
