The Healthy and Positive Ageing Initiative is recruiting two researchers to support the programme in 2018.
1) Post-Doctoral Researcher
2) Research Assistant

The Healthy and Positive Ageing Initiative is a co-funded project between The Atlantic Philanthropies, The Department of Health, The Health Service Executive (Health and Wellbeing Division), and Middlequarter Ltd. to jointly fund a programme of research, indicator development, communication and dissemination. The purpose of the Initiative is to fulfil one of the objectives of the National Positive Ageing Strategy (NPAS), which is to ‘support and use research about people as they age to better inform policy responses to population ageing in Ireland’.
The successful candidates will join the HaPAI team in the Research Services Unit of the Department of Health, Hawkins House, Dublin 2. For further details on both posts, including key responsibilities and essential criteria, see attached documents.
Appointment will be made on the appropriate level of the IUA Salary scales, at a point in line with experience.
